Property Inspection

Property appraisal is a professional assessment of the estimated value of a property. An appraiser considers factors such as location, size, condition, comparable properties, market conditions, and permitted use. An appraisal can be used for financing, investment analysis, taxation, insurance, estate matters, or property transactions. An appraised value is not necessarily identical to the price a buyer and seller eventually agree upon. Market conditions, negotiation, urgency, and other factors can cause the actual transaction price to differ.
