No Demand Certificate (NDC)

No Demand Certificate (NDC) Defence Housing Authority (DHA) is a document issued by the DHA. The NDC is a confirmation that there are no outstanding dues or financial obligations related to the property in question, including any development charges, transfer fees, and utility bills. It is usually required by the DHA before the transfer of ownership of a property can take place. To obtain an NDC from the DHA, the property owner or their authorized Real Estate Agent needs to submit an NDC application Form along with the required documents.
