Hiba Transfer

Hiba Transfer refers to the transfer of ownership of a property by way of Hiba, which is an Islamic legal term for a gift made to blood relatives. A Hiba transfer is a voluntary transfer of ownership, and it does not involve any monetary consideration or payment. To complete a Hiba transfer of a property in DHA, the donor needs to submit an application to the DHA along with the required documents.
