Fard

Fard is a legal document that shows proof of ownership of a property. When a property is transferred or sold in Pakistan, it is necessary to update the Fard document to reflect the new ownership. The Fard document is maintained by the local land registry office, which keeps a record of all the properties in the area. You can request a copy of the Fard document from the local land registry office to verify the ownership details of the property. Please not this document is used in general land or property other than DHA Properties.
