Building Completion
Building completion refers to the stage at which construction work has reached the level required under the approved development and applicable regulations.
Completion does not necessarily mean that every building has been legally cleared for occupation. Additional inspections, certifications, or approvals may still be required.
For property transactions, buyers should distinguish between physical completion and regulatory completion. A building may appear finished while still having unresolved approval or documentation issues.
