GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The Project shall be called DHA Multan Premium Homes. The Project is owned by DHA Lahore - Multan Chapter hereinafter referred to as "DHA Multan
  • A person not capable of entering into a contract or falling within the financial restriction of Government of Pakistan (if any) shall not be eligible for this project.
  • The successful applicants shall be selected through a computerized ballot.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Application Processing Fee (non-refundable) shall be deposited along-with application either in cash over the designated bank's counter or through online payment (via Debit/Credit Card).
  • The price is for 3 years' payment plan. The successful member can select either Monthly or Quarterly installment plan as per his convenience.
  • An additional charge of 10% shall be applicable in case of a single feature (corner/park facing etc) and 15% for multiple features.
  • The successful applicant shall deposit 10% down-payment and membership fee till 28 Feb 2025 by downloading DHA Multan’s customized payment challan from the website or provided by DHA Multan. In case of failure to pay the down-payment till the due date, the allocation shall stand cancelled and the villa shall be offered to the next successful applicant on the waiting list.
  • The remaining amount shall be deposited in installments based on the payment plan opted by the member. The payment can be made through cash/ demand draft / pay order on DHA Multan’s customized payment challan. In case of non-selection of any specific payment plan, 3 years’ quarterly plan shall be applied by default.
  • In case of lump sum payment at the time of down-payment, a rebate of 10% of total price shall be applicable.
  • All applicable taxes, duties & fee levied by Federal or Provincial Govt., Local Bodies and Municipal Bodies shall be payable by the successful applicant including those existing at present or as amended from time to time. Moreover, Advance income tax u/s 236K(3) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 shall be collected along with each installment / down-payment as per the tax status of the successful applicant. Federal Excise Duty (FED) shall be payable along with the down-payment.
  • Timely payment of installments on the due dates as per the selected payment schedule is the essence of the contract. In case the successful applicant fails to pay down-payment or any installment(s) within the specified period as per the payment schedule, the allocation shall be stand cancelled without any reminder or notice and any paid amount shall be non-refundable.
  • In case of payment after the due dates, a late payment surcharge shall be levied for each day of delay against the amount in default as per DHA Multan’s policy. Levy of surcharge or any act of non-cancellation beyond the prescribed period shall not be construed as a waiver of the right of cancellation by DHA Multan.
  • The successful allottee (or transferee) cannot apply for surrender, voluntary cancellation / refund of allocation. In any eventuality, the paid amount shall not be refunded.
  • No mark-up, interest, profit shall be admissible / paid on the deposited amounts.
  • NIn case of cancellation by DHA Multan due to any reason other than non-payment by the successful applicant, the paid amount shall be refunded after a year in Pak Rupees without any interest, mark up, profit etc.
  • DHA Multan reserves the rights to alter allocation or make adjustment, relocation of allocation, if required.
  • In case of escalation/other reasons, DHA Multan reserves the right to impose additional charges and the same will not be challenged at any forum whatsoever.
  • For successful allottees, the location ballot shall be conducted later.
  • Formal allotment letters will be issued after payment of all charges including taxes and miscellaneous charges, if any

Instructions

  • To apply, please visit DHA Multan's website www.dhamultan.org
  • Applicants can either submit their applications online on DHA Multan’s website by depositing the Application Processing Fee through debit/credit card OR by printing the online form and making the payment in designated banks’ branches operating in Pakistan themselves or through their friends and family.
  • Payment can be made at any branch of Askari Bank Ltd, Bank Alfalah Ltd, Faysal Bank Ltd and Meezan Bank Ltd. Application Processing Fee will be deposited in the bank in cash only.
  • In case of payment of application processing fee over the bank counter, duly paid & stamped Application Form addressed to “DHA Multan Premium Homes Application Cell” shall be sent by post to DHA Multan, Sector H, Muhammad Ali Jinnah Avenue, Multan - Pakistan. Application can also be submitted in person at DHA Multan’s Main Office, DHA Multan’s Sub Office Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi. Alternatively, please send a clear picture of paid application form through Whatsapp on 0346-8811342 or email at premiumhomes.application@dhamultan.org.
  • IIncomplete applications or application on photocopy of form will not be entertained.
  • Successful applicants will be required to deposit 10% down-payment, membership fee and related taxes / duty till 28 Feb 2025.
